Join us for a deeply restorative Calm before Christmas Soundbath where you'll be cocooned in the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gong and other soothing instruments. Allow the sound to wash over you as you rest, reset and realign before the festive rush. We'll take care of everything - mats, blankets, pillows and eye pillows will be provided so you can simply arrive and melt into the experience.
