This supportive, practical class explores how healthy boundaries and self-compassion work together to protect our energy, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.


Through simple practices, reflection, and real-life examples, you’ll learn how to recognise when your boundaries are being crossed, respond with clarity and kindness, and create small, realistic self-care practices that actually fit your life and promote joy and happiness.
